This role collaborates with project managers, field leadership, customers, and subcontractors to keep project information accurate, materials organized, and schedules on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with office/field personnel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration/management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in utility/construction coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overhead distribution and/or transmission construction projects.
• Review daily reports, timesheets, equipment usage, and installed quantities for accuracy.
• Maintain project documents: drawings, work orders, permits, meeting notes, and customer correspondence.
• Assist with job cost tracking, purchase orders, subcontractor documentation, and invoice review.
• Assist with progress billing by compiling completed quantities and required customer documentation.
• Coordinate project updates and meetings with field leadership, customers, and internal teams.
• Support project closeout: as-built documentation, final quantity reconciliation, material returns, and outstanding paperwork.
• Follow company and customer safety requirements and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate project or safety leader.
