Job summary

Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support field crews and manage project documentation. You will document site conditions, upload media to Basecamp, and track restoration progress across active projects.

You will assist with permitting, coordinate dumpsters and portable toilets, and help with QAQC inspections, daily field reports, and routine office tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work outdoors year-round, and clear communication

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
• Experience with Basecamp, Microsoft Teams, and general office software preferred.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round.
• Knowledge of utility industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document pre-construction site conditions with video and photo records.
• Upload media and notes to Basecamp and maintain project records.
• Track restoration progress and coordinate with field teams.
• Capture final post-flight media upon project completion.
• Coordinate dumpster and portable toilet placement as needed.
• Assist with permit applications and QAQC inspections.
• Track JSA entries and compile monthly reports.
• Assist with mail, print pickups, and office errands.
