Job summary

R.H. White Company is seeking Laborers for the Construction Services Division to assist with layouts, installation and material handling on utility projects. This role supports emergency response tasks and on-call rotations, and emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include tool cleaning, pipe joining, digging, pouring concrete, operating hand tools, and assisting crew members in trench work. Must read/write English and meet required certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• 1+ years of general labor construction experience.
• Willingness to participate in emergency response and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Clean tools, equipment, and work area.
• Lift and carry materials and supplies.
• Assist with joining, wrapping, and sealing pipe.
• Dig, spread, and level dirt and other materials.
• Mix and place concrete and asphalt with hand tools.
• Perform various machine and non-machine tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team in a respectful, cooperative manner.
