Qualifications

• Two (2) years of college-level credit with a major in Construction Management or related field plus three (3) years of utility construction experience.
• Or a high school diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of field experience in utility construction, maintenance, or inspection.

Responsibilities

• Inspect utility construction projects to observe and document contractor compliance with Department Criteria, approved drawings, and specifications.
