Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret bid specifications and drawings.
• Experience analyzing underground and aerial construction proposals.
• Strong budgeting and cost estimation capabilities.
• Experience with bidding software (Trimble B2W) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer bid specifications and drawings to develop detailed estimates.
• Establish costs for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor.
• Manage bidding timelines and milestones.
• Communicate bids and scopes of work to internal teams and clients.
• Represent Team Fishel in planning sessions.
