Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on manufacturing team member to support coil production. You will work in brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing areas, assisting peers, setting up tasks, and solving problems to maintain production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and good math skills, with the ability to follow defined procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow schedules and promote safety in manufacturing procedures.

• Hands on in assigned area using required equipment and materials.
• Assist other operators in set-up and trouble shooting.

Position Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Have strong summary of knowledge in processes, prints and procedures, which would include basic hands on proficiency in the following areas where needed: Brazing/Fin Press/Sheet Metal and Tubing, as well as any other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment. Assist less experienced operators in setting up and trouble shooting problems. Able to execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures.
