Job summary

The Legacy at North Augusta is hiring a part-time Utility Aide (Dishwasher) to support our dining team in maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. You’ll wash dishes, sanitize equipment, restock supplies, and help with basic food prep as needed.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. High school diploma preferred. Shifts are daytime; compensation: $15.00–$17.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist with the removal of trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal.
• Restock clean items to designated areas for use by kitchen and dining staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen staff by helping with basic food prep or other tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
