Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Utility Worker in Oregon to keep buildings, grounds and equipment clean, orderly, and safe. You will assist maintenance and custodial staff and support various facility upkeep tasks.

Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 6:30 am – 4:00 pm. Must be 18+, basic tool knowledge, and able to lift 25 pounds. Terzo Enterprises Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains outdoor areas and the building interior.

• Keeps facilities clean, orderly, safe, and secure.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Performs other duties as required.

What will you do?

The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. Assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.

Schedule: Thursday- Sunday

Hours: 6:30 am - 4:00 pm

• Assists with special projects as directed.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
