Job summary

Terzo Enterprises Incorporated is a logistics company focusing on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. We are seeking a reliable Utility Worker to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained, and to support maintenance and custodial staff in daily tasks.

The role involves cleaning outdoor and indoor areas, assisting with special projects, and maintaining a neat, orderly building.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings, grounds, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Assist maintenance and custodial staff as directed.
• General cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
• Collect and dispose of trash and assist with special projects as needed.

What will you do?

The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. Assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.

• Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
• Assists with special projects as directed.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Performs other duties, as required.
