Job summary

Novolex is hiring for a Utility position in Virginia. Starting pay is $20.49 per hour, with weekly pay, annual and skill-based increases, and potential monthly bonuses based on plant productivity. Shift is 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and rotates quarterly to 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 2x2x3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; one to three months additional work-related training also preferred
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude

• Must be able to walk or stand most of the day.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 16 feet.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for the duration of the shift.

• Follows all safety and plant rules and regulations.
