Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Utility at our Grottoes, VA facility to join a 2x2x3 schedule team. The role offers starting pay at $20.49 per hour with weekly pay and eligibility for monthly productivity-based bonuses, along with potential increases based on performance.

Shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and rotate to 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM quarterly. Must maintain safety, comply with plant rules, and handle physical duties including lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months additional training preferred.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to operate and use an overhead crane.
• Must be able to walk or stand most of the day.

Compensation

• Starting pay rate from $20.49 hour- Paid Weekly!
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
• Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Available Shift

• 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (will rotate quarterly to 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
• 2x2x3 schedule
