Job summary

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of Utility/Dishwasher. The duties include cleaning dishes and food-related items, sanitizing prep areas, and general cleaning to maintain a clean environment.

This Seasonal (Fixed Term) role offers a sign-on bonus and the hourly wage of $17.00–$17.57. Primary work occurs on-site at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in New York, within a dynamic biomedical research setting.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bending and stretching.
• Environmental: Work environment can be seasonally hot & humid; some exposure to cold in walk-in freezer, some exposure to outdoor conditions and noise.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $17.00-$17.57.
