Warner Bros. Discovery in Burbank is seeking a Food Services associate to handle opening/closing duties, cashiering, bussing, barista service, stocking and cleaning across the Cafeteria, Road Runner, and Avon Grill.

The role requires 1–2 years of food and beverage experience, ServSAFE certification within 6 months, good verbal communication, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs; compensation includes base pay with comprehensive benefits.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Duties include opening and closing Food Services venues, cashiering, bussing, barista service, stocking, cleaning, taking food orders, and food delivery. Utilities also assist with Special Events, including lifting and carrying tables, chairs, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across the Cafeteria, Road Runner, and Avon Grill. Dispose of trash throughout the shift and at the end. Perform stewarding and dishwasher functions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have 1 to 2 years food and beverage experience. Banquet experience is preferred.

Will be required to obtain a ServSAFE Food Handling Certificate within 6 months of beginning employment. This demonstrates a commitment to the cleanliness of the food services areas, and commitment to food and physical safety.

Must have good verbal communication skills.

Standard shift is approximately 4.5 to 7.5 hours per day, plus a 30-minute paid meal break when working a minimum of 6 hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule, working some weekends and holidays are required.

Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, cleaning kitchen and catering equipment, and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.

Transportation is required to get to work.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $51,646.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
