Responsabilidades

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest areas, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

About the Role

The Utility position at Lakeview plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality and recreational services. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality in various areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

The Utility team member will work collaboratively with other staff to uphold the highest standards of service and safety. By performing a variety of tasks, including cleaning, maintenance, and support services, this role directly impacts guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
