Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Prepared Foods Division in Missouri. The role oversees utilities and building/grounds management, and provides frontline supervision of mechanics and operators to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and related systems.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, knowledge of refrigeration theory, and SAP-PM/CMMS familiarity.

Shift: 2nd Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sundays as‑needed to support operations. Additional compensation is provided for the 6th and 7th workdays. Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM/end of shift (flex as needed)
This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of plant Utilities and Buildings & Grounds. Utilities include, but are not limited to, ammonia (NH₃) refrigeration systems, steam generation systems, boilers, Fulton thermal fluid heaters, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, HVAC systems, potable water systems, and plant utility distribution infrastructure. Buildings & Grounds responsibilities include maintaining, managing, and improving internal and external facility assets and property. Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) is required. Responsibilities include ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, maintenance execution, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement of utility systems. This role provides frontline supervision of mechanics & operators in the department, establishing work schedules and priorities to ensure facility needs are met.
