Job Description

This remote position is based in the U.S. Northeastern Region, with travel required and expenses reimbursed as per project needs.

What you will be doing:

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for renewable energy projects, supporting the Project Manager and team. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks like preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence, attending meetings, data entry, and file management.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of Right of Way acquisitions experience, including renewable energy projects
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Dropbox or equivalent
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) for system access
  • Valid Driver's License
