This remote position is based in the U.S. Northeastern Region, with travel required. Per diem and mileage are reimbursed based on project needs. Currently, we are not actively recruiting; applying indicates interest for future opportunities. The role is project-specific, lasting approximately 6 months to 1 year.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for renewable energy projects, supporting the Project Manager and team. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
