Responsibilities:

• Acquire easements for renewable energy projects, supporting the Project Manager and team.
• Prepare real estate documents and conduct property research.
• Communicate with property owners and representatives for right of way acquisitions.
• Perform administrative tasks including legal documents, reports, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Right of Way acquisitions experience, including renewable projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Dropbox or equivalent.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to access ORC systems.
• Valid Driver's License.
