Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule foremen and crew activities.
• Inspect work for quality, provide progress reports, and recommend changes.
• Collaborate with engineers, city inspectors, and stakeholders to meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and report variances.
• Maintain a safe worksite and enforce safety procedures.
• Travel overnight during the week and work weekends as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
