Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Utility Superintendent, or Senior Foreman in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing underground utilities, water distribution, sewer collection, storm drainage, and roadway utility relocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility construction activities on assigned projects.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and execution strategies to meet goals.
• Coordinate foremen, operators, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure installations meet plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting schedule or productivity.
