AtkinsRéalis seeks a Project Manager, Utilities to lead large-scale programs in Rochester NY or Binghamton NY. You will define the project scope, schedule, and budget while guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in utilities program management, a Bachelor's degree, and either a PE license or PMP. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. This is a full-time opportunity with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional Engineer license or PMP certification (subject to client approval).
• 5+ years of large-scale program management experience in utilities.
• Experience with substations, T&D, gas-hydro and OSG.

Responsibilities

• Define project WBS, cost baseline and OBS structure.
• Plan, execute and close projects; manage risks, scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams; remove obstacles and drive productivity.
• Manage quality and environmental processes across projects to meet SPI/CPI targets.
• Oversee third-party projects and liaise with other transmission owners and customers.
• Control costs, budgets and communications; manage changes and schedules.
