AtkinsRéalis in Rochester, NY (or Binghamton) is seeking a Project Manager, Utilities to lead large-scale utility projects in a matrix organization, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management.

You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and third-party vendors, ensure quality and environmental processes, and deliver projects on time and within budget. A Bachelor's degree is required; professional engineer license and/or PMP is preferred.
