The Maintenance Technician I, II, III, IV - Utilities position involves maintaining the daily operation of utilities systems providing steam (boilers), compressed air, refrigeration (ammonia compressors), and water (well & pressurized system) to the plant. The role also includes monitoring and maintaining fire systems and the water treatment plant.

Requirements

From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities include:

• Operation and maintenance of steam systems, including deaerator, boilers, and plant steam network.
• Operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Operation and maintenance of air compressors and dryers.
• Operation and maintenance of well & water pressurized pumping systems.
• Recording tasks and labor hours in CMMS software.
• Conducting regular site and roof rounds to monitor equipment and record data.
• Performing daily clean-up to follow GMPs.

Education

• RETA or GCAP preferred but not required.
• Driver's license required.

Experience

• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Specialized Knowledge

• Ammonia refrigeration experience is REQUIRED.
• Boiler operation experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles.

Skills / Abilities

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Maximo software.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
