The Maintenance Technician I, II, III, IV - Utilities position involves maintaining utilities systems providing steam (boilers), compressed air, refrigeration (ammonia compressors), and water (well & pressurized systems). The role also includes monitoring and maintaining fire systems and water treatment plants.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain the steam system, including deaerator, boilers, and steam network.
• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Operate and maintain air compressors and dryers.
• Operate and maintain well & water pressurized pumping systems.
• Record tasks and labor hours in CMMS software.
• Perform regular site rounds and record data.
• Maintain site GMPs through daily cleanup.

Qualifications

• RETA or GCAP preferred but not required.
• Driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and boilers is REQUIRED.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, troubleshoot electrical issues, and understand refrigeration cycles.

Skills / Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Maximo.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
