Job summary

Hmsolutionsinc is hiring for a utility position with a Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm schedule. The role involves indoor/outdoor cleaning, trash removal, floor scrubbing, window cleaning, and bathroom inspections. Some duties may cross-train to janitorial tasks and require lifting 40+ lbs.

The position offers a daytime schedule and requires energetic, motivated candidates. Competitive hourly pay is provided on-site in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Willing to be cross-trained in janitorial duties

• Indoor/Outdoor Cleaning
• Emptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)
• Remove residual debris from the hopper including cleaning bins
• Deep Scrub floor: experience required to run scrub machine and buffer.
• Keep alleyway and patio free of trash
• Recycling cardboard
• Stripping/Waxing floors
• Window cleaning
• Bathroom inspections and reporting what needs to be fixed

Utility Position Available for Immediate Hire

Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm

Compensation: $14/hr

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Indoor/Outdoor Cleaning
• Emptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)
• Remove residual debris from the hopper including cleaning bins
• Deep Scrub floor: experience required to run scrub machine and buffer.
• Keep alleyway and patio free of trash
• Recycling cardboard
• Stripping/Waxing floors
• Window cleaning
• Bathroom inspections and reporting what needs to be fixed

This position may also be cross trained in janitorial duties.

Janitorial duties to include but are not limited to sweeping/mopping hard floors, vacuuming, detailing/cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing trash, stocking supplies, and any other duties as assigned. Applicants must be able to withstand long periods of walking and or standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required to complete your cleaning duties.
