Job summary

LG Electronics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a facilities maintenance leader to inspect, repair and manage building systems. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facility maintenance, strong HVAC/electrical knowledge, and solid leadership with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes
• Identifying maintenance and repair needs across the property
• Scheduling repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements
• Leading maintenance staff and delegating repair, cleaning and facilities tasks
• Managing service contracts with external vendors
• Creating and monitoring facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs and supplies
• Coordinating repairs
• Establishing and enforcing workplace safety, emergency protocols

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks

• Basicelectricaland controls for troubleshooting operations

Requirements

• Experience with facility maintenance 5 plus years
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous leadership experience
