Job summary

LG Electronics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Facility Maintenance professional to inspect, maintain and improve our on-site buildings. You will lead maintenance tasks, schedule repairs, and manage service contracts to keep operations running safely and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and accessibility codes.
• Identify maintenance and repair needs across the property.
• Schedule repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements.
• Lead maintenance staff and delegate tasks.
• Manage service contracts with external vendors.
• Create and monitor facilities budgets for maintenance and repairs.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety, emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes
• Identifying maintenance and repair needs across the property
• Scheduling repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements

Requirements
