Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to inspect buildings and grounds, identify maintenance needs, and lead the maintenance team at our Tennessee site.

The role includes coordinating repair projects, managing vendor contracts, and monitoring budgets to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations of building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility maintenance 5+ years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

$24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Great leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of control room operations
• Basic electrical and controls for troubleshooting operations
• Electrical maintenance of switch gears, breakers, panels, motors, etc.
• Microsoft Suite experience (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
