LG Electronics is hiring a facilities maintenance professional to oversee building systems, safety, and upkeep. The role emphasizes leadership of the maintenance team, scheduling of repairs, and coordination with external vendors to keep facilities compliant and efficient.

You will manage budgets, ensure safety protocols, and support continuous improvement across mechanical and electrical infrastructure, working within a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes
• Identifying maintenance and repair needs across the property
• Scheduling repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements
• Leading maintenance staff and delegating repair, cleaning and facilities tasks
• Managing service contracts with external vendors

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Great leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of control room operations
• Basic electrical and controls for troubleshooting operations
• Electrical maintenance of switch gears, breakers, panels, motors, etc.
• Microsoft Suite experience (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

Requirements

• Experience with facility maintenance 5 plus years
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous leadership experience
