Ridge Rock Inc, a local excavation and underground utility subcontractor, is looking for motivated and dependable Utilities Laborers to join our crew!

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems
• Hand digging, pipe laying support, backfilling, and general site cleanup
• Spotting for equipment and helping operators as needed
• Working safely in a fast-paced, team environment
• Learning new skills and supporting your crew to keep projects moving

Qualifications

• Construction or utility experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic and willingness to show up ready to go every day
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physical labor
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
