Certerra seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Southern and Northern California from Rancho Cucamonga. Build relationships with engineering firms, utilities, and contractors to promote underground utility locating, SUE, potholing, and related services.

You will lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful project delivery, with travel across the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years in business development or sales.
• Experience in construction, utility or infrastructure industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms, agencies, and contractors.
• Prepare proposals, RFQs and bid submissions and lead pricing discussions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel within assigned CA territory as needed.
