Job summary

Accenture is seeking a motivated consulting professional to support electric and gas utilities with Enterprise Asset Management, Work Management, and Field Service transformations. You will analyze processes, define future-state models, and implement EAM solutions to improve asset reliability and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Data & AI and automation, and contribute to high-quality project delivery while developing industry and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting electric or gas utility operations or enterprise asset management initiatives.
• Experience with one or more EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Infor EAM, IFS, or Oracle.
• Understanding of utility operational processes and their relation to asset/work/ GIS, supply chain, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EAM, Work Management, and Field Service transformation initiatives for utility clients.
• Analyze client processes across asset management, maintenance, work management, and field operations.
• Define future-state operating models and implement EAM solutions.
• Gather requirements, design functionality, configure solutions, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with client and Accenture teams to deliver transformation programs.
• Leverage Data & AI, automation, and analytics to improve maintenance planning and asset health.
• Create client-ready presentations, documentation, and executive recommendations.
• Build client relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
