Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supporting electric or gas utility operations or enterprise asset management initiatives.
• Experience with asset management processes and maintenance operations in utilities.
• Familiarity with GIS, supply chain, and customer operations contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EAM, Work Management, and Field Service transformation initiatives for electric and gas utilities.
• Analyze client processes across asset management, maintenance, work management, and field operations.
• Define future-state operating models and implement enterprise asset management solutions.
• Gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with client and Accenture teams to deliver business and technology transformation.
• Support implementation and optimization of EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Infor EAM, IFS, or Oracle.
• Leverage Data & AI, predictive analytics, and automation to improve planning and decision making.
• Develop client-ready documentation and executive-level recommendations.
