This role involves maintaining the grounds to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly appearance. The grounds include parking structures, lots, garages, valet drop-off/pickup areas, and all other outside areas within the scope of Live! Casino & Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies for plants and equipment to maintain the grounds.
• Cut, weed, edge the grass, rake leaves, and sweep parking lots and garages.
• Plant, remove, and relocate plants, flowers, trees, and bushes.
• Remove trash and debris from parking lot areas and grounds; empty trash containers.
• Use, maintain, and clean all machinery and equipment.
• Ensure signs, posts, and chain fences are straight and secure.
• Maintain the grounds and garage to ensure safety and security for guests and team members.
• Assist with internal housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
