Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools experience.
• Proven problem solving in a shop environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver productivity and cost savings using the full Coromant offering.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions.
• Advise on CNC machining and tooling applications.
• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tooling and follow-up.
