Job summary

Rail Capital in Utah is seeking a hands-on Loan Processor to move small business funding files from submission to funded. You will collect documents, verify details, clear conditions, prepare contracts, run checks, and release funds the same day whenever possible.

You will work with brokers and merchants daily, chasing missing items, spotting fraud signals, and coordinating with underwriting to keep a fast, accurate flow.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years processing, closing, or funding small business loans, lines of credit, or merchant cash advances.
• Experience at online lenders preferred (Bluevine/OnDeck) or similar high-volume funding environment.
• Ability to read bank statements and business documents to verify information.

Responsibilities

• Own files from submission to funded, collect and verify documents, clear conditions, prepare contracts, and release funds.
• Run funding calls to confirm terms, payment amount, and schedule.
• Coordinate UCC filings and payment setups with servicer or processor.
• Keep system of record current with status, notes, and documents.
