Job summary

Blue Ops INC is seeking a Senior USV Operations Trainer to deliver and shape technical and operational training for unmanned maritime systems. You will instruct across classroom, laboratory, and field settings, qualify trainees, and mentor junior instructors to ensure safe, effective operations in defense environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, aerospace/systems engineering, military science, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering technical/operational training in defense, maritime, or unmanned systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver classroom, laboratory, and field instruction on USV operations and safety procedures.
• Lead scenario-based training exercises replicating real-world environments; adapt scenarios based on trainee performance.
• Deliver hands-on operator qualification training including command-and-control interface operation, telemetry, and contingency response.
• Assess trainee performance and maintain qualification records; provide remediation as needed.
• Support training development and quality improvement with the Training Program Manager.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Aerospace/Systems Engineering, Military Science, or related field
