Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks a qualified Service Leader – UST Fuel System Testing & Compliance to oversee testing, inspections, and regulatory support for underground storage tanks in the southeastern United States.

Responsibilities include managing field teams, ensuring EPA 40 CFR 280 compliance, compiling regulatory reports, and guiding clients on testing intervals and upgrades while maintaining high data quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in UST fuel system compliance or testing services.
• UST A/B Operator certification in one or more states.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and execution of monthly, annual, triennial UST inspections and tests.
• Ensure testing complies with EPA 40 CFR 280 and state regulations.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation to regulatory agencies.
• Supervise field technicians and provide on‑the‑job training and safety guidance.
• Develop and deliver compliance summaries and reports to clients.
