Job summary

CGRS Inc in Colorado is seeking an experienced field supervisor to manage fueling system projects. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with crew leadership across multiple sites, ensuring repairs and upgrades meet client expectations.

You will coordinate scheduling, safety, and compliance, train staff, and liaise with project managers. Travel is frequent; you will assess field problems and document outcomes to support project success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Construction Management certification a plus; OSHA certification preferred.
• Requires hands-on petroleum construction experience; 3+ years heavy machinery; 3+ years crew management.
• Must hold a valid state or tank installer license or obtain within 30 days; organized, independent and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Directs laborers and equipment operators on job sites and leads fieldwork.
• Operate heavy machinery and oversee field operations to meet client expectations.
• Enforce safety rules and environmental laws; manage daily scheduling and project tracking.
• Coordinate field staff, training, procurement, and liaise with Project Managers and clients.
