Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Guest Services Associate to validate guest tickets at events and guide attendees to seating areas. You will provide venue information and assist guests effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required is the ability to communicate clearly in English and a background in customer service. The role supports safety and guest satisfaction across all event experiences at our Connecticut location.
