Ushers offer the best service possible to guests, visiting artists, and any other member of the public they may encounter. Ushers are expected to carry out any job function management deems as appropriate and within the scope of the usher role: primarily learning the layout of the venue and assisting guests in locating their seats, as well as providing excellent customer service and answering guest questions and concerns. We are hiring now for our April 2026 – October 2026 concert and event season. Usher shifts are typically in the evening, although some events will take place during the day. Evening availability is required. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOFacilitate a top-notch guest experience Maintain working knowledge of all venue policies and guest services protocols o Familiarize yourself with the Day of Show sheet and all key details of the event to include set times, names of artists, and other key details. Ability to work with a diverse group of co-workers and develop strong working relationships across all departments. High school diploma or equivalent experience required. At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly on the job and to retain event specific direction. Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment. Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, without the loss of efficiency or composure.
