  • Learn and perform a multitude of different positions within the Usher department ranging from Front Row to Splitting to VIP Boxes. You will be trained on these various roles.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all venue policies and guest services protocols. Familiarize yourself with the Day of Show sheet and all key details of the event to include set times, names of artists, and other key details.
  • Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue
  • Address behavior that is noncompliant with guest conduct expectations
  • Resolve guest complaints or challenges in an efficient manner, with appropriate service recovery.
  • Escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the assigned work area is presentable and ready for the public, including setting up seats in VIP boxes and coordinating with facilities on broken seats.
  • Maintain appearance under Live Nation uniform policy
