Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Usher Escalator Greeter for the Superdome in New Orleans. This part-time position involves greeting guests, monitoring escalator flow, and providing assistance.

Responsible for monitoring crowd movement onto the escalators. Your purpose is to greet guests as they board the escalators, monitor the flow of patrons to avoid overcrowding, and ensure guests do not walk up or down escalators that have shut down due to mechanical or emergency issues, provide general directions to guests (i.e., “your seats are in the Terrace, please take the escalators to the top-level”), answer questions, and provide information. You are on the “front line” and will experience the excitement and energy of the event.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Greet guests and regulate the flow of guests onto the escalators* Engage and interact with guests* Offer assistance to guests who may need help locating their seat* Monitor the ingress and egress of the escalators* All other duties as assigned**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
