Position Overview
TheUsher position supports the front-of-house operations in all activities needed to provide a positive guest experience and to ensure guest safety. This position within the guest services department effectively maintains and implements safety protocols while being positive, engaging, contemporary, supportive of the arts community, and representative of TPAC’s core values. By providing outstanding service, this position is vital to TPAC’s programming, events, and the overall guest experience.
