Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience with TRICARE or USFHP.
• Experience working directly with health plan beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee USFHP member retention program and related initiatives.
• Analyze disenrollment trends using reports and feedback to improve plan goals.
• Coordinate outreach to pending disenrolling members and collaborate with Enrollment Department.
• Develop and present member education seminars and retention strategies.
• Maintain retention reports monthly with BI analysts.
