Martin's Point Health Care Inc. in Maine seeks a Retention & Eligibility Advisor to oversee the USFHP member retention program, analyze disenrollment trends, and coordinate outreach with the enrollment team.

The role focuses on loyalty, retention, and data-driven decision making to improve member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of TRICARE/USFHP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with BI analysts and health plan teams.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience with TRICARE or USFHP.
• Experience working directly with health plan beneficiaries.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of USFHP member retention program.
• Analyze disenrollment trends and prepare reports.
• Coordinate outreach to pending disenrolling members.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Department on disenrollment issues.
• Develop retention campaigns and present strategies to senior management.
• Maintain disenrollment and retention reports monthly with BI analysts.
