Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care is hiring a temporary Provider Service Representative I to respond to telephone inquiries from providers and related entities about benefits, eligibility, and plan coverage for the USFHP and Generations Advantage programs. You will deliver world-class customer service and document inquiries accurately to support timely resolutions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service experience; medical billing experience is a plus.
