Role Description

This is a paid research study, not an ongoing job. Terac is studying the day-to-day workflows and tooling challenges of user research professionals to evaluate which solutions actually improve the research process. Participants join a single 60-minute remote video interview and walk through a recent project, highlighting the tools they use and the bottlenecks they encounter. They also react to workflow scenarios and share their perspective on ideal tooling for future research platforms. The session is recorded for internal research purposes. This is a one-time engagement paying $110. Remote, open worldwide.

Qualifications

• Active professional in a User Research, UX Research, or Design Research role
• Direct experience setting up research studies, conducting interviews, and synthesizing user feedback
• Experience managing participant workflows and research tooling
• Product Designers and Product Managers who handle user research as a primary part of their role are also welcome
• Comfortable discussing day-to-day workflow challenges on a recorded video call
