Job Title: UX Research Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Local to WA preferred but not required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week | No OT

Contract Duration: 18 Months

About the Role:

• The Usability Researcher 3 will help build and scale global research programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class UX Research team.
• This role involves implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and solving operational hurdles to enable researchers to do their most impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized systems and processes for organizing participant recruitment
• Liaise with external recruitment companies
• Track the administration of licenses for software
• Work with procurement, legal, and finance colleagues to manage the preferred suppliers list and licensing of tools
• Document standard operating procedures, including data security and compliance
• Manage data and access to data within tools, including customer information
• Conduct privacy reviews
• Manage the library of best practice templates and guides
• Maintain the user needs framework and library of research insights
• Manage the research backlog for the team
• Assist Research Managers with budgets and resources
• Leverage data-informed insights to drive operations improvements
• Create, scale, and execute strategic programs to ensure team efficiency
• Drive participant management process improvements
