Senior Product Designer | Enterprise Applications

Duration: 15 month contract

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to help transform how large, complex technology products are designed and used across the business.

This role sits within a Digital, Technology, and Analytics organization focused on modernizing internal tools at scale.

You will own the design experience for enterprise web applications used daily by operations, sales, and distribution teams.

You will lead interface design, shape the design language, and influence how work gets done across multiple business functions.

What You Will Do

• Lead UI and visual design for digital first enterprise applications
• Own and evolve a scalable design language and interface guidelines
• Design intuitive experiences for complex workflows and systems
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Engage end users throughout discovery and delivery cycles
• Translate user needs into wireframes, high fidelity designs, and requirements
• Balance creativity with operational and technical constraints
• Influence large scale technology transformation initiatives

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience on enterprise or internal product teams
• 3+ years leading design for one or more products
• Strong portfolio showing enterprise application or systems design
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or workflow heavy platforms
• Comfort working with distributed users and multiple facilities
• Experience in agile, scrum based environments
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and shifting priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting large scale technology transformations
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, aviation, or industrial domains
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
